Return  Policy

1) A 15 Day 100% total satisfaction guarantee. Ilikeo offers a 15 day money back guarantee on all the merchandise sold by us. If you are not satisfied with what you have   purchased, just e-mail us at sales@ilikeo.com or call 909-673-9508 for RMA#(Returned Merchandise Authorization Number). As long as we receive the returned merchandise in the satisfactory condition, we will refund your payment less insurance, shipping and handling fees right away.

2) Due to your improperly handling and usage within 15 days,  instruments show marks, like scratches and dents, etc., 25% will be deducted from the refund.

3) Any product damaged by customers cannot be returned.

4) The returned merchandise may be accepted after the window of 15 days up to 30 days, but a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund and the above listed terms and conditions are also applied.

5) The returned merchandise after 30 days is not accepted.

Warranty Policy

Our digital  microscope GE-5 is warranted against manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase; Bulbs are non-warranted items. Other products  are warranted against manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship for sixty (60) days from the original date of purchase.
